Acceptance of terms

By visiting ae-ora.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Our products

AE·ORA sells dietary supplement products manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified facilities and fulfilled by our US-based fulfillment partner.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A confirmation email constitutes our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AE·ORA and our fulfillment partner are not liable for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect already-confirmed orders.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders. These are not included in our prices.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner from the United States within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

• USA, 3–7 business days after shipping
• International, 7–21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. AE·ORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns & refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order if you are not satisfied.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our expense within 30 days of receipt.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse on opened products after the first order.
• Customs refusals and incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at team@ae-ora.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

All content on ae-ora.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product formulations, is the property of AE·ORA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
