Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol found in grape skins, red wine and some berries, studied for its role in supporting the cellular pathways linked to healthy ageing. It belongs to a group of compounds plants make in response to stress, and it has become a common ingredient in longevity formulas.

Resveratrol is often discussed alongside NAD+, because both feed into the same ageing-related machinery, yet they act at different points.
